CLEVEDON BUFFALO CO.

Just south of Auckland on the shores of the Hauraki Gulf is a farm unlike any other in New Zealand. Here Clevedon Buffalo Co. farm 150 head of buffalo for their porcelain white milk. They produce award winning fresh buffalo mozzarella, yoghurt, marinated cheese and ricotta and have won multiple gold medals and awards at national cheese and artisan awards.
